Flexibility, power, value

The Evolution E1110 indicator represents superb value in configurable weighing instrumentation and control technology, developed by Avery Weigh- Tronix's application engineers drawing on over 150 years of world-wide experience. Housed in stainless steel enclosure suitable for wash down, this indicator comes packed with a host of powerful, configurable weighing solutions. The E1110 offers built-in applications and flexibility previously only achievable using programmable indicators often costing much more and requiring custom software.

State of the art communication

Out-of-the-box, the standard E1110 boasts dual RS232 serial ports for connection to printers, remote displays, or even a laptop. An Ethernet port is also included for direct connection to a network or Avery Weigh-Tronix e-tools configuration software.

Local process control is achieved with 3 relay outputs and 3 logic level inputs (expandable to 8 I/O utilizing the optional TIU8).

For industrial networks, the E1110 is available with an optional Fieldbus card, which allows it to communicate with SCADA systems.

The E1110 can support up to 12 x 350 ohm loadcells, expandable to 16 using the optional Analog card. If this option is utilized the indicator can also be configured for dual scale operation, saving the cost of having to purchase a second indicator.

Long cable runs subjected to noisy environments are not a problem. Avery Weigh-Tronix SensorComm's noise-free optional optical transmission technology reliably transfers load cell signals up to 1,000 feet to the indicator.

General weighing

Provide simple gross weighing with totalization.
Specialized applications

Checkweighing: The display includes a multi-segment fan graph for fast evaluation. The operator can instantly verify that product is within target weight and above or below acceptable tolerances.
Counting: E1110 can display the number of pieces or average piece weight as well as Gross, Net or Tare weights.
In-Motion Weighing: Weigh product ?on the fly? using built-in in-motion weighing functions. This captures the average stable weight of product crossing a conveyor's weigh section.
Peak Weight Capture: Capture and hold the peak weight seen since last reset.
Truck Scale: A full suite of Truck Scale applications are available, including Truck-In/Out, Fleet Management and Dual Scale functionality (requires optional Analog card).
Batching and Filling: Control a complete process using fully configurable trips. Applications include Liquid Filling, Batching, Mixing and Blending.
